Candida reaction or die off from rutabaga

Hi guys. So I've been on a candida diet for awhile now. No caffiene, booze, starchy vegies (except rutabaga) and no to low sugars (only get those from a serving a day of berries like straw or black berries). While also taking Iodine the supplements that go with it and some HCL and anti microbials.

Read a lot of people can eat rutabaga even though it's starchy because of it's strong antifungal properties. I'll often have very small folliculitus bumps here and there but they never itch (have had this a few years now). But recently got a few large itchy bumps. Sign of die off or a reaction to eating something only the candida got nurishment out of?

Anyone had reactions to eating rutabaga or die off from it?
Or gotten large itchy red bumps, something they've never had before, as a sign of die off?
