Re: Going to try Imuran plus Doxepin

I've been taking the medication for almost 2 weeks now so I wanted to give an update. Haven't seen any improvement yet. Crusts are still forming and peeling like usual. I will not be posting any pictures. I will keep going and post another update after 1 month on this program.

I will be making a doctors appointment to discuss some side effects I have noticed from the pills on my hair and skin:
- the first night I took the Doxepin it made me feel very sleepy but now I take it and feel normal and just go to bed soon after
- I'm sleeping longer than normal
- the skin on my palms and soles of my feet is peeling slightly
- I was washing my hair and I noticed some hairs came off on my hands. I looked online and hair loss is a side effect of Imuran but I will talk to the doctor. It wasn't a lot of hairs and I have a very thick head of Mediterranean dark hair but I was still shocked to see it Tweet
