If you have gastric ulcers, you should first heal the ulcers, by drinking raw cabbage juice everyday for several weeks with raw plant based diet should help heal ulcers. After you know for certain that your ulcers are gone then fast with water only. Most gastric ulcers are created by bacteria. Take Turmeric powder before going to bed in warm water.
