Yes, that's my goal. My sister is a nurse and she's wigging out a bit because I'm experiencing a lot of nausea and wretching. I'm trying to reassure her but she's the "professional", so I'm going to have to be sparing with what I share with her I think.
I did remind her that when I began my pulse was very thready, indicating atherosclerosis, a plaque build up with devastating consequences and now my pulse is very strong. How all my obs have been normal and other symptoms I've had have greatly improved, but she's indoctrinated into the medical mindset of "do something" when the body is ill, not "do nothing - intelligently". Fasting is not dangerous it's miraculous!
