Sorry you’re going through all this .. I can relate...I can just tell you what works for me and what I have learned in my studies. I think all the cleansing is good, but the immune system probably needs to be stronger I would start bringing in vitamin A rich superfoods and or food based ....Zinc, vitamin D Because a lot of vegetarians and vegans get deficient in D and omega 3’s and b-vitamins I would take evening primrose and hemp oil for healing skin reducing inflammation and balancing hormones .....a high potency food based b vitamin complex, digestive enzymes and 50-100 billion probiotics
