strange std or sti disease symptoms after 1 week of sex

hello exactly 9 days ago i had sex with a escort i used 2 condoms at once double bagged everything was great but on exit the condom was only on by a inch so just around a quarter way on.

i am noticing a bubbling sensation in the rectum anus

penis shaft pain

and burning right abdomen pain to the right of stomach belly button that feels like a vacuum is turned on from the inside of me

penis head top has turned to a darker red hue, this color change has not changed the entire head just half of it

strange Body Odor that was on the penis that smells like vaseline or lubriderm it smells like an odd bitter chemical this Body Odor has since traveled into other glands and comes out whenever sweating again i cant tell really what the exact smell is some say to watchout for an ammonia smell because that can be a symptom of hiv/aids transmission although i can't tell what that ammonia smells like, does it resemble lubriderm or vaseline chemical smell ?
