Thank you D for taking the time to answer. Hard to believe I was 67 when I came to CZ and now 82. The mind is still young but the body needs attention. For the last 2 1/2 years I have been doing cell therapy plus things I learned here and I still know my way around to find the information I need. Yes 15 years living with a gallstone, luckily my MD says that is safer than surgery. I must have done hundreds of flushes in my time. When the stone acts up a couple of times a year I rest and take a table spoon of ES in warm water, don't like cold, and I am ok again. I was looking up bile flow and they said you can get it from Gallstones and that brought me back here. Might do another flush to get my liver clean. Thank you again, hanna Tweet
