Spillage!

So I spilled half a dropper of J Crow Lugols 5% Iodine all over my hand. I had a panic attack thinking I was in big trouble. I guess not? I almost went to the ER. I searched online and only found chemical burns as a danger. I washed it with soap and water right away. Should I be OK? I have been taking 1 drop 6.25 mgs for 6 days but after the incident this am I decided to skip it for today. Should I be worried guys? Thanks for the input.
