Are you on/doing okay with Day 3, just begun?

Yesterday (and, already, today), I shopped for food for the family and made food for them, multiple times (they were all home, sick).

It kicked up a little food jealousy, especially when a child would turn up a nose and the good stuff I made, but, all in all, it went pretty well.

I supplemented, as I always do, with tea, both various forms of green and a cup of coca leaf tea, late in the day, and a few ounces of coffee (it almost made me gag, but, the feeling passed, quickly, after which I appreciated the bit of stimulation). Tweet
