Can neurofeedback help autism?

Hi! I am writing this for my friend's son. He is 3 years old and has autism. He behaves in socially inappropriate ways. He often hurt other children. So everyone is afraid of him. He becomes aggressive and upset if his familiar routines are broken. He has trouble in understanding what is happening around him. My friend is really disappointed about his disorder. I don't know how to help her. When I discussed this with my colleague, she told me about the neurofeedback training. She also informed me about a clinic in Toronto that provides neurofeedback training ( https://www.neuropotentialclinics.com/neurofeedback/ ). I searched google to know more about it. Neurofeedback is the direct training of brain function, which helps the brain to function more efficiently. This training allows the participants to self-regulate their own brain response. Before suggesting the clinic to my friend, I would like to know whether neurofeedback training help autism. Any success stories to share?
