Prostatitis has been bothering my friend and his family for two years.

My friend, who is 27 years old, used to be an alcoholic drinker and hs stopped drinking for two years because he was found suffering from prostatitis, his symptoms include urinary frequency and urgency, and he began to feel pain in his genital and pelvic area three months ago, he has taken doxycycline and ciprofloxacin but they are not helping for his symptoms.

Is there any new prostatitis treatment can help him get rid of this disease?
