Vitamin D and Candida once again

Hi.

Well if read thousends of studies abaout vitamin D

there are people who have significan improvmed with helth but there also people with not sucess and actuly geting worst on vitamin D.


I have Lyme + candida + unknow bakterias virusus and parasites.

Evrytime i use vitamin D my lyme flares. its not die off or herx , its just flare. whenever i stick out of vitamin D fell very well , before i diagnoes the lyme i got flares evry summer didnt know why , now i thinki its for sun expose .

I know that some people will propobly now write , that Vitamin D is immuno modulation etc , it suporrot immune system but im wondering if im alone with that thougt...

In my case and in my opion vitamin D IN SOME PEOPLE , get wrost with Lyme. i think lyme some how take advation of that and its power up lyme or candida.

Maybe were are defficincy cuz body with perphus lower that hormon level

anaway for me Vitamin D is flare i dont know flare of what candida or lyme its diffcult to say for now. i hope its candida not lyme but if read that also abaout marshal protocol and i know lot of people say its wrong but there is people also who have signinficnt improved avoiding vitamin D
