20th Day Water Fast:Problems...Need Advice


I’ve done a few fast in the past, most recent an 11 day in November. I quickly went back to my old eating habits and now I’m trying again.

Background, my reason for fasting is to clean out my system of all waste to begin a vegan lifestyle and also kick start my diet. I started without weighing myself, measuring etc I’m just going as far as I can go. Can’t believe it’s been 20 days, my longest was 18 so I guess it gets easier each time.

Problems, I started drinking a gallon of water a day but for the last week or so I’m having a real hard time drinking water...may take me a two or three days to get through the gallon. I’ve also been salivating like crazy and feeling nauseated...I’m so tired of spitting I just close my eyes and swallow so gross. Not to mention my mouth stinks and makes me feel sick, I’m constantly brushing my teeth. That same smell from my mouth is all over my body, I stink. Not Body Odor , this weird smell comparable to when you juice a bunch of veggies and don’t throw it out right away. I haven’t been able to do much during the fast but still have to shower three times a day because it makes me sick. I don’t really break out but I had a spurt on my forehead all at once, when I decreased my water in take and now the center of my shoulder blades are breaking out—it itches. I’ve order some medicated vanicream z-bar. I’ve only had a couple bowel movements but not feeling constipated, coffee enema?

Today I threw up stomach bile twice and water once. I usually gag up water really easy when brushing my teeth. I smell everything and it makes me sick. My dove soap makes me sick....ugh I hate my life right now. Would going to sauna or hot yoga push these toxins and funk out. I use to work out while fasting but I’m just popped, no sweating going on here. I never had this problem in the past, is this good or bad?

Do I need to be drinking more water or is it time to quite?

I usually spend most of my time looking at food p 0 r n on IG while I fast but this time food actually disgust me. I have no desire to eat. Could that be because mentally I want to go vegan. I have gathered a number of vegan recipes of my fav comfort foods and condiments in preparation for when I can eat again.
