Question about pain in morning-candida in bladder or prostate?

Hi guys. Diagnosed with candida. On antimicrobials, doing enemas and taking Iodine and companion supplements. I'll ease of the antimicrobials if I get kidney or liver discomfort. ANYWAY early in the morning (everyday) I'm woken up by a pressure/dull pain inbetween my upper hip bones. Like if you drew a line between the tops of my hip bones that's where you'd find the discomfort. It eases off when I urninate. Is this a sign of candida in the bladder or prostate or die-off? A combination of? How would I tell the difference?
Have had candida for a few years and this is something that's only hit when I recently started taking anti-microbials (black walnut, uva ursi, etc).
Thoughts? Ways to treat? Thanks for reading.
