allergies advanced to asthma

I can't read or write. I'm 74, forceps birth. the doc pulled my head off my spine (subluxation (a partial dislocation) and it was off to the side. I was crippled. I got that fixed at 13 y/o no more pain but I still had allergies. 1964, In the navy I swam in paint with a 1000 near death moments. now the allergies took off. I coughed and my nosy ran it turned to asthma. 1998 I spent 17 days at a environmental safe house, I was free no more allergies or asthma, that lasted for 5 years until I rescued some kids during a chemical accident. Some allergies started coming back. I'm about the take the cure one more time.
