So I will do it in the evening as it is advised because I want to maximize benefits. In the tutorial for the Liver Flush it's say "Walk out slowly for one to two hours making sure you are not feeling like throwing up the mixture.", I don't see myself walking outside between 10pm and midnight Ahahah, I don't have to do this ? Only if I feel like throwing up right ? Tweet
