Thanks. I assume you mean that even if those stones are 'overnight stones' the flush can possibly be helpful because it does take out old bile from the liver and gallbladder.
Most times I do the Liver Flush I feel better on day 7 (the day I get expel the stones) about my symptoms caused by the trigeminal nerve affliction. I feel about 20% better, but the effect lasts only for that one day. It could be that flushing the bile out of the liver is helping drain more lymph and improving blood circulation, and thus the nerve is healing. It could also be other reasons, I suppose, such as the fact that there is better posture in the spine.
