Anyone know how to boost magnesium rbc levels? my magnesium rbc levels are 4.3 and im getting horrible magnesium deficiency symptoms. I've tried everything including oral, rectum, lotion, oil and Epsom Salt bath. It won't move. I'm feeling suicidal and need help.
