inhaled poison gas, or chemical need help!!!!

What type of poisoning is this?

One day at work I bent over to grab something burped and had a very deep odd odor come out of my body that was scented like a deep concentrated scent of some kind, weeks later I go to check breath it sorta reminds me of deep bitter scent almond or something.

gradual onset symptom

backache kidney pain dry feeling
dry chapped lips
cold uncoordinated feet and hands
raynauds cold numb toe,finger,nose,ear
migraine headache
stomach ache
nail pterygium
intense abdominal pain
blurry distorted vision
taste of blood coming from sinus
thinning sclera
tinnitis
nausea
peripheral neuropathy

went to dr yesterday for ultrasound confirmed spasms in brain cerebral,
