Odd Dog Poo. What Is In It?

I am freaking out, especially since I must wait until atleast the morning to get a vet's opinion, that is if a vet is available upon such short notice.

My dog has had a white/yellow streak in his poop. I finally decided to inspect further and pulled this from his poop. I showed a picture to a vet friend who has never seen something like it before. Have you?
