White is yeast indeed - candida or other yeast - Now, experiencing chronic fatigue and dermatitis is also yeast - most likely candida.
The first step in order to treat candida is to follow the diet so as to stop feeding it. Do a google search and alter your diet for a few days. The second step is to supplement with magnesium, you are magnesium deficient (perhaps vitamin E and sink would be recommended since you suffer from dermatitis . The 3rd step will be to find an antifungal to kill it - .... but if you try to kill it while feeding it, it wont work.
