Re: day 1 for me, wish me luck!!!

Today is day two for me, I have done 10 days once before and felt great. I am doing it to break bad eating patterns and hopefully shed the last few kilos I have as an extra added bonus.

Coming off it is the hardest for me. I can do a strict diet easily but when I go back to normal eating I have periods where I eat badly, they are always just before or during periods. I eat so well normally and have so much motivation then just like that all sense is gone and I am downing some chocolate or 500 calorie per serve baileys. Then I feel worse. I realise I eat when its that time (depressed eating), when I am out socialising (having too much fun) and when I feel its rude not to (social pressure).

I also have all or nothing thinking so I can be totally devoted to something for a month or two and then when I break it I figure oh well I have ruined it all now I may as well start next week or start tommorrow. I am a smart person who realises these habits or addictions, my partner is intending to be a nutritionist and I a naturopath so we are very knowledgeable on what is healthy yet in one day I can completely ruin a few weeks excellent fitness progress. Sound familiar to anyone.

I really would like to break the pattern and eat healthy 99% of the time.

Running will be great for you, I have started just jogging 1.5ks whilst doing this cleanse and I feel good doing so.

Good Luck I will keep reading on your progress.
