Take some cayenne pepper and see if there is white rice looking things in yur stool later, that is a sign of tapeworms, also take as much garlic as you can to get things moving, then yu can take pics of what u find in your stool, i would guess that you do, because your symtoms are so strange.....its not what that put on the internet, like swollen belly, diarrhea, et, they are vERy strange symptoms........Once yu take pics, if you have them you will have to figure out what type they are, post them here.
