Hi white shark. I’m just getting over a bad bout of Cholecystitis, still there but the swelling is going down and I’m slowly feeling better.
My question is that I’m following Andreas Moritz guidelines on diet and eating regularly, not after 6 pm and main meal at lunchtime. I’m going very steady on fats and only eating good veg fats ie coconut, olive oil and a tiny bit of butter but I’ve literally been having half to one teaspoon of one of them at each meal for fear of an attack and also to ease my GB back to better functioning. My digestion is awful though and the food is sitting there, despite everything I’m eating being of fruit or veg origin with a bit of brown rice etc. How can I improve it? I can’t do a flush I don’t feel until there’s a bit more function.
