I am on day 9 of water only fasting. This is by far one of the hardest things I've ever had to do mentally, but I am wondering what is this mental clarity or mental breakthrough fasters go through? I haven't felt anything of any sort. Just really bored throughout the day because I am currently not working and only having around 3-4 hours of sleep at night, and maybe even more "depressed" on most days. Is it just not my time yet? Or it actually doesn't happen to everyone?
