Feeling hopeless!

I have EC for 7 years, my life as hell since I had it. I tried any methods I found on Internet and this forum, include leave alone, constant moisture, tacrolimus, protopic, vitamin E, olive oil, vaseline, sun light... but the lips never stop dry and peel. I must to quit some dream jobs because I am so tired with applying a little oilment to take off dead skin every day. I live alone, I don't tell my condition with any one. I am angry with my family while they don't know reason. At now, I really stuck to save my life. The picture below is my current lips after I apply olive oil. Sorry if you don't understand because English is not my language.
