Has this been going on for a long time? Are you sure you did not just pick up something that is going around?

Anything strange on typical set of blood tests--CBC, CMP, etc?

Let us know if you notice any changes from the multi.

Taking any meds?

Eating a good, balanced diet?

Getting some exercise and sunlight (vitamin D)?

Ever try some magnesium? Epsom Salt (foot bath) is magnesium sulfate?

Do you tolerate most foods, odors without symptoms? If arsenic was involved I'd expect problems in this area.

With mercury I'd expect you to be reporting fatigue--especially when under stress, less robust intellect, mood/psych problems along with a few of the things you listed.
