After tons of arguing with my Husband, I finally agreed to try his strategy to this same problem.
Sleep 8 Hours a night, at night, not throughout day. Wake up in morning, eat, make sure to eat 3 times a day. Do a thorough cleaning of the house, all linens/bedspreads at once. (Don't shake them outside because that can cause them to fly around and spread) Just use normal washing method (Luke warm water will disinfect) and clean everything while everything is being washed. Maintain your schedule is important. Making sure your sleeping and eating while dirnking enough water each day will allow your body to balance out again. Allow you to have peace of mind. But you need to ALLOW yourself to have peace of mind. Where as I wasn't allowing myself too My husband made sure that I just took a deep breath and kinda had to approach it less seriously then I had been. However it ended up working out
