Seeds in stool

Hi. Is anyone able to help me idnetify what these "seeds" are that I find in my stool. They're present very frequently and have been for the last 8 or so months. I do not recall eating anything that looks like them like sesame seeded buns or anything. I've been having stomach pain and erratic bowel movements, again for the last 8 or so months.
