My mamma is 60 years old. Last day, after a full body check-up, we came to know that she is suffering from sugar, cholesterol, and high blood pressure problem. What has to be done in order to bring all these to the normal level?
I have heard that swimming is a good exercise to lower blood Sugar and cholesterol level. How true is it? Can it be performed by aged people? There is a pool in the backyard.
