Just wondering from those that have conquered adrenal fatigue naturally how long it took before you noticed changes in your heath and energy. I've been eating as healthy as I can for 5 weeks now drinking lemon water and taking vitamins such as b complex and omega 3. I try to be in bed by 10:00.
My adrenal test showed cortisol levels very low throughout the day. Not sure if I'm just being impatient but it's hard not to feel discouraged when I'm not feeling results yet. My biggest problem is the extreme fatigue that isn't lifting at all yet.
