Ugly fungus growing on shoulder.

Last night I had a vivid dream and while in it, it was familiar as if I’ve seen it all before. My mom had a Pine Cone / fungus growing out of her left shoulder. About 2-3 inches tall. Everyone acted like it was normal and she was wearing her clothing like normal, apparently with a hole to accommodate the small tree thing. The new part of the dream was that I asked her about it and she removed her cardigan to show me she was wearing some type of cookie sheet like a shield on her upper chest. It also had a hole in it so the plant had room. I began asking more questions like have you tried essential oils? Have you put anything on it? And she acted resigned. Then she removed the shield and the Pine Cone mushroom thing “accidentally” popped out, shocking us all, but leaving a 1/2 diameter angry-looking crater on her skin.

It seemed significant. What can it mean? Tweet
