Is it possible for 13 years old girl to undergo cosmetic dentistry?

Hi, my daughter is preparing for a photoshoot for an advertisement. She is now thirteen years old. The add producer asked her to consult cosmetic dentistry from a clinic in Mississauga( http://www.willowdental.com/our-services/cosmetic-dentistry/ ) . But I am afraid to take her for the cosmetic dental treatment as she is too young. I want to know which kind of cosmetic dentistry procedure can be carried out for her to whiten her teeth. I thought of performing some DIY methods to get her teeth color back. But my friend told that it may take a long time for the result. So can you please help me out in resolving this?
