New zapper user

Hello,
I'm new to zapper community. I started to use single frequency terminator zapper(green) about a week ago. I feel a bit of stinging when I leave it on different parts of body except palms and soles of feet. I started with 30 min every day. I tried to go a bit longer and experiencing tingling not just in my feet as I did before, but also in my lips. Also have a strange feeling/taste in my mouth(I have a lot of Amalgam fillings). Also I was so cold night, shivering even I had several layers on me that night. Overall I didn't feel quite well entire week...like I was coming down. With something(headaches, aches in different parts of my body, weakness etc.)..are those feeling normal or is this something unusual? As I said, I'm very new to this and have no idea...Well, now I know I had used it all week wrong, I should have been doing that 7-20-7-20-7 timing (thank to "parazapper"). Could anyone advise me if I should keep zapping or if I should give my body a break, or what to do next....
