How to do the program when you're exhausted...

Hi. I'm going to post the same question I asked someone else.
Are you also following Dr. Wilson's strict slow oxidizer program. I find most people I run across on the net are not following the the slow ox plan program. They are doing the HTMA, taking the Endomet supps but have incorporated lots of foods that are not on Dr. Wilson's slow oxidizer program such as nightshades and added fats. I have several questions about the foods - not from a scientific point of view but practical questions like: 1. how can people afford it - I spend about $ 100 Cdn a week on veggies alone (not counting the meat) and it's so expensive 2. I'm so tired but it takes energy I don't have to do this program. Just peeling, chopping and cooking vegetables each day - even if I prepare 3 meals is exhausting. 3. On top of this the time and energy to do the coffee enema, meditation and infrared sauna. How do you manage? Do you have any tips or advice? By the time I spend 2 or 3 hours in the kitchen preparing meals and do the coffee enema and infrared sauna I'm so depressed and anxious because I haven't done anything else that needs doing that is not on the program, like laundry and the day is more than half over. It's kind of a catch 22 - you need energy to do the program but to get energy you have to do the program. No one seems to address this. I'm almost 60 and energy wise, I'm barely coping.
Thank you.
Katie
