Lyme LTT postitive test false ?

Hi there , i just got my LTT test and its high postive , this is the only test that show actuly lyme , is this test is Good or it can be false postitive with some other patogens ? this is inaf to start ILDAS treatment ? i also have candida but i think this is the side efect of lyme cuz i never been exposed for ABX or Sugar or mold
