I feel at that point I would have to see a Natural path I said if I don't see any improvement I was going to see one by the summer and still probably am to this day
For me especially I believe chronic dehydration also plays some part some how with the white tounge I have been increasing water intake and I will admit over the years I am not properly hydrated it sucks I hate water esp before bed I'm trying to crush a bottle of water and around like 5am it has helped alot and my tounge is better
And insufficient calories also
Basically I just eat enough food drink enough water and hit the hot sauna room keep the natural detox pathways flowing support the body as much as i could
