Long lasting urethra bacteria infection - need urgent help

Hi guys, I need serious help. I am at my wits end.

I have a girlfriend with which I have been for many years. Back in october we were in a private hot tub one day, and since then I started having problems down there. I have been having pain sometimes, sometimes a discharge,etc. At the beginning I had very little symptoms and we tried having sex, but it was hurting me in the urethra a lot. After 3 weeks I visited urologist who took urine,semen samples and took 3 swabs,one for bacteria and other two for STD.
My GF was and is ok and is asymptomathic. She did tests too.

Results came back negative for everything except bacteria.
First I had staph aureus inside, was treated with Antibiotics .
Dr did swab, I tested negative for staph aureus, but tested positive for E.coli. Was on antb again.
After, DR did swab, I tested negative for E.Coli but tested positive for Enterococcus Faecalis. Took antb again.
Tommorow I am going for swab tests but I do not feel all right.
Since yesterday morning it started hurting me when I pee as well.

I have abstained from sex with my GF since discovering this problem.

I have been having infection in urethra for 3 months now, each time different bacteria. Tried 3 different Antibiotics , D mannose, lots of water and peeing at home urolological teas, apple cider vinegar along with sodium bicarbonate, cranberry juices and I am still not ok.

Please, what could be the problem and how do I treat it?
I was thinking about taking Citricidal but I cant, it is graprfruit seed extract and I am on antidepressants.
