Re: Chronic Brain Fog, Sluggishness, Facial Acne

Hey Don, I do take supplements for vitamins and necessary elements that were prescribed along with the mineral analysis. I take 2800 micrograms of vitamin A (unsure if it is sourced from fish oil) 390 milligrams of vitamin E, 1600 milligrams of vitamin C, 18 milligrams of vitamin B1 and 100 milligrams of vitamin B6 in total, daily. As for Zinc, I get 66mg daily through the supplements. The potassium gluconate bit sounds interesting, but what can I expect from supplementing potassium in that form? I did a quick Google search and came up with a few results that claimed it had an effect on their brain fog, usually an adverse one (as in, the brain fog worsened/became heavier), which interests me. I'm guessing the sodium-to-potassium balance/ratio is what's being affected here? Thanks for the reply.
