Not feeling humaworm

I started using humaworm 3 days ago and im still not feeling anything. It sounds like others were feeling intense die-off around this time. I dont feel anything.
I know i have a parasitic infection and have had it for quite some time. I saw what i believe to be a few tape worm segment when i went to the bathroom this morning but dont feel anything happening. I thought by day 3 i would be really feeling it. Any ideas?
