Day 16 on my first Water Fast and going strong. My husband has to break his fast today because he has to go back to work next week, so I will be going it alone for the next 2 weeks. A couple things. My energy is still insanely low. I get winded if I do practically anything. Is that normal at this point? My hisbands energy picked way up after day 10 it so. Also I’m still experiencing mild nausea anytime I drink water. It doesn’t matter what kind of water. It tastes fine, but I get nauseous almost immediately after drinking. Any advice? I also feel like I need to have a bowel movement. I’ve had one, on day 5, but definitely feel like I’m backed up. Is there any way to encourage that without an enema? I’m trying to do this strictly by the book.
