Swelling / Inflammation

I've perused this forum for a while but have never really seen a centralised thread on how to deal with the swelling which I think is, arguably, the biggest issue. If anyone has gone from having visibly larger lips to the swelling going down, please state how you did it. Even if they're still peeling. Thanks. Tweet
