Removing premolar teeth before braces- Need suggestions!

I went to consult an orthodontist as I wanted to my bottom front tooth, which was beginning to get crooked. But, the doctor focused more on my upper teeth. The dentist told that they have a sort of elevated angle. Instead of pointing straight down, they go a bit forward. It has not bothered me and it is an aesthetic issue. My friends keep on telling me that I would look much better after having the treatment.
The dentist told me that I need braces to correct the angle of my teeth. But, there is no room for them to move. He told me that my 4 premolar teeth to be removed before giving me braces. I am worried about this as I don't want my teeth to be removed. The procedure seems to be normal, but I thought of getting a second opinion. My bf asked me to visit Oshawa dental clinic ( https://www.clearbrookdental.com/ ) and see another dentist. I don't want to waste my time and money on this problem anymore. What do you guys think?
