Sorry, I hate to rain on the parade. But with all the CS you end up making once you have the generator why would ANYONE spend even $100 to have to stick around and manually stir the CS over a 4 hour batch? When for another $100 you can get any number of generators, that are set and forget with automatic stirring and shutoff at the desired PPM?

At that point it's just a labor intensive as using batteries and clips - with the resulting product being basically just as effective.

I got eight years out of my first Silvergen, and made too many gallons to count over that time doing nothing other than turning it on and and removing at some point after auto shutoff. Best $200 I ever spent? Nothing's even close! Not even the kilo of Acapulco Gold I scored in the 70's. Tweet
