HELP ME PLAY: Identify this worm!!

Alright, so to make a VERY long story short, I've have unusually terrible digestive issues the past 5 months. Insane constipation which I'd never had before, bloating, joint pain, headaches, fatigue, etc. So I finally made an appointment with my gastroenterologist and she recommended prior to getting a colonoscopy, to take a few days of flagyl. I did, and slowly things started moving again. I had started eating bland, low fiber foods the day, so I had diarrhea one morning, and this thing floated to the surface.

It absolutely didn't look like anything I had eaten the past few days, and it was the only solid thing floating in the toilet. Subsequent BMs during my colonoscopy cleanse were watery except for poppy seed looking things. Were these eggs??? The supposed worm is pictured below. Any idea what this is?? To me, it looks like the flagyl helped kill it, but IDK how long it was inside me to get this big. A little freaked out, but I already feel soooo much better. Please help me identify!
