homeopathy for supportive treatment of Asperger's

I want to know how effective homeopathy is if used as a supportive or palliative treatment for Asperger's for a few months. Will it change me mentally in any way. Will it change the way I thing, feel and behave. Will it make me more like the neurological typical people. Will it change my eyesight as people with Asperger's have eyesight which is very sensitive to light. Or will it just help me with basic things like calming down my anger, help me to focus when I am struggling to think of just one thing at a time, help me to feel less socially awkward and whether it will reduce my anxiety, repetitive speech and reading.
