Hydatid Cyst from Liver Flush?

Over 2 years ago I did a Liver Flush and passed a 1 1/4 cm diameter glistening pearly white round organic looking object—it looked similar to a pearl onion. Regrettably, I flushed it down and did not photograph it. It did not appear to be a stone and until recently I couldn’t figure out what it was until I saw a daughter hydatid cyst.

It looked identical to a small hydatid cyst. Has anyone passed anything similar?
