you usually have to be fasting a long time for you body to go to muscle for fuel.
water fasting eats muscle. when you eat you body gets fueled off that. so being that you are going to be drinking those lemonades you will not lose muscle. you are getting calories from the syrup and lemonade.make sure you have the 6 a day minimum at least.
the body goes for food first, then fat, then muscle.
and in 14 days you are not going to even have to worry about it.
