day 1 - 3 is the worst for me...which is why I always do day 1 on a Friday, so I can destress and relax over the weekend. By the time Monday rolls around (day 4) I should be fine.
I love the MC, but the last 3 times I've gained my weight back. I went to Hawaii on vacation, then to a work off-site and managed to put the 10 right back on. I wish I could break my comfort eating (seems like it's all or nothing for me).
