But I do understand that not everyone holds the strict standards for true prophets that I and many other Christians hold, which we read in the bible. For example, Jim Bakker had a man on his show by the name of Tom Horn who predicted Jesus would come back within a certain time and that didn't happen. But Jim Bakker continues to have him on his show and continues to listen to his prophecies without a care in the world about that little problem it seems. Horn was even on the show you posted recently with Michele Bachmann. And I guess none of the Jim Bakker fans have a problem with that either. Maybe after Harold Camping and so many others did that same thing, people have become desensitized to things like that. "Oh well, Jesus didn't return after all. Another manic Monday for me it is!" Is that the attitude?
